[Online Orders]

Orders paid with return store credit cannot be returned/exchanged.

Exchanges and returns are accepted for Online Orders of the following products: Clothes

Returns

Purchase of bags, accessories, face masks, lingerie, swimwear, and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless there is a defect.

Otherwise, all other regular-priced items are eligible for returns in the form of store credits.

I)The returned item should be in its original conditionunwashed, unscented, and unworn.

II)The store credit for the returned item does not include the delivery fee. (Store credits have a 1-year expiry date).

-How to Return-

Step 1: 
Send us an email at sales@gskfashionstyle.com with the following

 
(I)The name of the item you wish to return

(II)A photo of the item

(III)Order number

Step 2: Wait for a reply from our side. Do not proceed with the return if you have not received a confirmation from our customer service to proceed.

Step 3: Once you have received a response from us, follow the instructions given and mail the parcel to the address provided. We strongly encourage you to use a form of delivery that is trackable.

Important Note: All postage charges will be borne by the customer.

Alternatively, you may also return an online order at our store.

[Exchanges]

You may also carry out exchanges of your online purchases at our retail stores. Please note that we do not carry out exchanges via post.

Exchange Policy 
Your satisfaction is our priority

Purchase of  bags, accessories, face masks, lingerie, swimwear, and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless there is a defect.

Orders paid with return store credit cannot be returned/exchanged.

We do not carry out exchanges via post. All exchanges are carried out in-store at our retail shop outlet(Chong Pang City, Yishun Ring Rd, #01-155 106, 760106.
For exchanges, kindly visit our retail outlet and our dedicated staff will assist you in the process.

​All items purchased via retail store, are entitled to exchange within 7 calendar days from purchase.

All items purchased via online store, live stream(Regular priced clothes & shoes) are entitled to exchange within 7 calendar days from the day you receive the item.

To be eligible for exchange, please ensure that the 
  • The item should be in its original conditionunwashed, unscented, and unworn.
  • Please present the receipt of the purchase or quote your order number
  • Please present the label of the item 
  • Do note that if you are exchanging for an item that costs less, there will be no refund for the balance. If you are exchanging for an item that costs more, you will need to top up the difference.
  • If you are exchanging an online order, just simply show the order confirmation to the staff as proof of purchase, it will serve as the receipt.
When exchanging:

I)Exchanging to a higher value: A top-up will be required

II)Exchange to an item of lower value: No refunds or reimbursement for the difference in price will be provided.
